By downloading, installing, or using FileMatic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the software.

2. License Grant

FileMatic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on a single computer. The free trial includes 3 compressions. A purchased license key unlocks unlimited usage on the registered machine.

3. License Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell the software.
Each license key is valid for use on one machine at a time.
Attempting to tamper with or bypass the licensing system is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

FileMatic and all related intellectual property are owned by FileMatic. The software is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

FileMatic is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that compression results will meet specific requirements. Always maintain backups of important documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FileMatic be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss or corruption.

7. Refund Policy

License purchases may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if the software does not function as described. Contact [email protected] for refund requests.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to revoke a license key if these terms are violated, including attempts to circumvent licensing restrictions or redistribute the software.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
